Medina Villas:

Medina Villas is a Victorian villa near the sea front in Hove.
Built in the late 1800's the house still had many of its original features which has made our job much easier. Original floors have been kept, cast iron radiators installed and fireplaces restored. This is our first in-house development which breaks the mould by using lots of reclaimed materials throughout the refurbishment.

Sackville Gardens:

Sackville Gardens is a large Edwardian villa needing to be brought into the 21st century.
It's a two phase project. Firstly the refurb of the old house. Secondly, the extension, which will house the new kitchen/dining room. In collaboration with the owners and a local architect we are putting together a design for the interior of the house and advising on where to find the right salvaged products and materials.
