This Victorian sea front villa in Brighton is currently under renovation.

All original features have been preserved including original Victorian tiles in a pantry and bathroom.
A beautiful stucco house built around 1880 with views of the sea, this house has all its original fireplaces, floors and doors.

This is our company’s first foray into property development with a distinct emphasis on reclamation and simple design.

The house will be available for sale in Autumn 09.
